At the heart of every event is a strong collaboration between Manuel and Francesca, combining culinary creativity with meticulous event planning.
Manuel, Founder and Director, brings over two decades of experience in the hospitality and mixology industry. He specialises in designing bespoke menus and curated tasting experiences, working closely with each client to develop concepts, flavour profiles, and pairings that elevate every event.
Francesca, Co-Founder, oversees the organisation and execution of each event, ensuring that every detail is carefully planned and flawlessly delivered. From client coordination to on-site supervision, she ensures that every element runs smoothly, allowing guests to fully enjoy the experience.
